Our orientation, "Destination Mark Travel," introduces team members to our vision, provides an overview of the company and sets the stage for a successful transition into the travel industry world.

Team members experience both structured and on-the-job learning. Our team member development is not a "set" training program, but rather an adaptable, "living" process.

Team members have individual development goals that fit with the company's strategy and initiatives. We share information and knowledge through formal presentations, team meetings, informal discussion groups and one-on-one interactions. We also provide targeted learning, matched with selected team member's goals and responsibilities.
